2、相关性并评价其临床意义。方法选取ACS患者106例分成3组，其中USAP组42例、NSTEMI组34例、STEMI组3O例。用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测所有患者MMP一2、MMP一9及IL一6水平，并用Real—TimePCR检测血清中MMP一2和MMP一9蛋白水平。结果3组患者与对照组相比，MMP一2、MMP一9和IL_6检测水平均明显增高，其中STEMI组患者MMP一2和MMP一9比其他两组增高明显。3组患者的IL一6水平比较差异无统计学意义。ACS患者IL一6与MMP-2和MMP一9呈正相关(r=0．547
