3、2010toFebruary2011，10patientsdiagnosedwith。’occulthepaticmetastases”(OHM)and14healthyvolunteershadacceptedthetotalliverCTperfusionscanning．ThedatawasanalyzedwiththesoftwareofFunctionalAnalysis．Maximumslopemethodforthemathematicalmodelwasusedintheprocessing，andhepati

4、carteryperfusion(HAP)andhepaticperfusionindex(HPI)oftheperfusionpseudo—colorpictureswereob-tained．First，thevaluesofHAP，HPIinS1一S8hadbeencalculated，andwedeterminedwhetherthereweredifer—encesinthecontrolgroup．Then，wetriedtofindthedifferencesbystatisticalanalysisofHAP，

5、HPIofhepaticseg—mentsbetweenthecontrolgroupandpatientsgroup．Finally，wetriedtodeterminethebestthresholdofHAP，HPIfordetectingOHMandthecorrespondingsensitivityandspecificity．Results：Amonghepaticsegmentsofthecontrolgroup，therewasnosignificantstatisticaldifferencehepatic

6、inHAP，soasHPI．ThemeanofHAPwas(15．81±0．49)ml。min～·100g～，andthemeanofHP1was(19．60±0．57)％．TheHAP，HPIofhepaticsegmentswithOHMwerehigherthanthecontrolgroup，andtherewassignificantdifference(P<0．05)．ByanalysisofROCCHIVe，thebestthresholdofHAPtodetectOHMwas23．97ml·min～·100g一

7、withthesensitivityof73％andspecificity89％．ThebestthresholdofHP1was29．18％withthesensitivityof67％andspecificity89％．Conclusion：ThetotalliverperfusionCTcanaccuratelyreflectthenormallivertissueperfusionofthehepaticsegments，andpromptsthepa—rametersamongeachsegmentaresimila
