1、中华医院感染学杂志2013年第23卷第9期ChinJNosocomiolVo1．23No．92013·2115·论著先天性耳前瘘管感染切开引流术后聚维酮碘联合碘纺纱条换药的效果观察陆波(舟山医院耳鼻咽喉科，浙江舟山316000)摘要：目的探讨先天性耳前瘘管并感染切开引流术后聚维酮碘联合碘纺纱条换药的效果，为其临床处理提供参考依据。方法共纳入52例先天性耳前瘘管并感染切开引流术后患者，采用随机数字法平均分为两组，A组患者给予常规伤口换药措施，B组患者采用0．5聚维酮碘联合碘纺纱条局部填塞术进行换药，观察两组患者切开引流术后创口愈合等级和愈合时间。结果B组创口愈合时间为(5．24-1．3)

2、d，明显短于A组的(8．1士1．2)d；B组甲级愈合创口24例，占92．3，明显高于A组的19例、73．1，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论采用聚维酮碘联合碘纺纱条换药处理先天性耳前瘘管并感染切开引流术后患者较常规处理效果好，患者创口愈合的等级比较高，且愈合时间比较短，值得临床推广应用。关键词：先天性耳前瘘管；切开引流术；聚维酮碘；碘纺纱条中图分类号：R181．32文献标识码：A文章编号：1005—4529(2013)09—2115-02Effectofdressingofpovidone-iodinewithiodinearticlespinningaftercongenit
