1、l20I}】华麻醉学杂志2014年1月笫34卷第1期ChinJAnesthesiol,January2014,Vo1.34,No.1·重症医学·七氟醚预先给药对大鼠肾缺血再灌注时炎性反应的影响王靖刘玲张霖宫丽荣岳辉杨泉涌余剑波【摘要】目的评价七氟醚预先给药对大鼠肾缺血再灌注时炎性反应的影响。方法清洁级健康雄性sD大鼠30只,12~14周龄,体重220~260g,采用随机数字表法,将其分为3组(n=10):假手术组(s组)、肾缺血再灌注组(I/R组)和七氟醚预先给药组(sP组)。I/R组和sP组采用夹闭左肾蒂45min后恢复灌注的方法制
2、备大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,s组腹部正中切口,右肾切除,左。肾蒂游离后,缝合腹腔;SP组模型制备前30min开始吸入3%七氟醚和氧气的混合气体。于再灌注3h时采集下腔静脉血样5mI,测定血清BUN和Cr的浓度,光镜下观察肾组织病理学结果,测定肾组织TNF—a、IL一6和细胞间黏附分子一1(ICAM1)的含量。结果与s组比较,I/R组和sP组血清BUN和cr浓度、肾脏近曲小管坏死程度分级、肾组织TNF.a、IL-6和ICAM.1含量升高(P<0.05);与I/R组比较,sP组血清BUN和cr浓度、肾脏近曲小管坏死程度分级、肾组织TNF—
