2、脂多糖(LPS)5mg／kg的方法制备内毒素性急性肺损伤模型，其它2组给予等容量生理盐水，S组与sL组分别吸入2．4％七氟醚30min时给予生理盐水或LPS。给予LPS后12h处死大鼠，进行左侧支气管肺泡灌洗，进行支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)白细胞(wBC)和中性粒细胞(PMN)的计数。取右侧肺组织，光镜下观察病理学结果，并测定IL-17mRNA及其蛋白表达。结果与c组比较，L组和sL组BALF中WBC和PMN计数升高，肺组织IL-17mRNA及蛋白表达上调(P<0．01)；与L组比较，sL组BALF中WBC和PMN计数降低，肺
