1、中国肛肠病杂志2014年第34卷第8期·论著与临床研究低位直肠癌柱状腹会阴联合切除术后针刺干预治疗的临床研究孔维民王吉侯云南省曲靖市中医医院肛肠科(云南曲靖655000)摘要为探讨低位直肠癌柱状腹会阴联合切除术后针刺干预治疗的临床价值，将72例行柱状腹会阴联合切除术治疗的低位直肠癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各36例。两组患者术后均常规补液，预防感染及对症治疗，并早期给予肠内外联合营养支持。在此基础上，治疗组术后给予针刺干预治疗，对照组术后不给予针刺干预治疗。对比两组患者术后肠鸣音出现时间、肛门通气时间、并发症发生情况及营养指标的变化。结果显示，两组均无围术期死亡病例，治疗组在术后肠鸣音出现

2、时间、肛门通气时间及腹胀、创口感染发生率方面均优于对照组，Pdo．05或Pdo．Ol；治疗组患者术后第7天前白蛋白(PA)浓度、淋巴细胞总数(TLC)均高于对照组，Pd0．05。结果表明，低位直肠癌柱状腹会阴联合切除术后进行针刺干预治疗能促进患者肠蠕动功能的恢复，有利于肠内营养支持治疗，从而更好地改善患者营养状况，提高其免疫功能，而且可降低并发症的发生率。关键词直肠癌；柱状腹会阴联合切除术；针刺；并发症ClinicalStudyonAcupunctureInterventionFollowingCylindricalAbdominoperinealResectionforLowRectalC
