1、中国医院统计2014年4月第2l卷第2期儿童支气管哮喘与维生素D水平的相关性研究刘晓娟钟文明吴智娟【摘要】目的探讨维生素D(VitD)在儿童支气管哮喘患者中的水平分布，研究VitD水平与儿童哮喘的相关性，为早期预防和治疗儿童哮喘提供依据。方法采用病例对照的研究方法，将确诊的60例儿童哮喘患者作为病例组，同时收集60例非支气管哮喘患儿作为对照组；采用诊断试验ROC、多元线性回归及多因素Logistic回归分析等方法研究VitD与儿童哮喘发病的相关性。结果哮喘组的VitD水平为53．32-4-15．75nmol／L，明显低于对照组的85．70-4-
