2、置导尿管，对照组为麻醉后进行留置导尿管，比较两组剖宫产孕妇留置导尿管后尿道刺激感及感染率。结果观察组140例孕妇留置导尿后发生尿道刺激感有120例，发生率85．71，发生尿路感染者有9例，感染率6．43；对照组140例孕妇留置导尿后发生尿道刺激感有5例，发生率3．57％，发生尿路感染者有3例，感染率2．14。结论对行剖宫产手术的孕妇留置导尿时应选择在麻醉后进行留置，可明显减少孕妇的尿道刺激感，并减少医院感染率。关键词：剖宫产术；麻醉；留置导尿；感染率中图分类号：R691．3文献标识码：A文章编号：1005—4529(20
