2、院分娩的正常孕妇3O例作为对照组，采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)~]定2组血清IL-6及IL-8水平，并于产后取胎膜组织做病理检查。结果研究组血清IL-6及IL一8水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。研究组产后胎膜组织病理检查诊断为绒毛膜羊膜炎28例(62．2％)为感染组，非绒毛膜羊膜炎17例(37．8％)为非感染组，感染组血清IL-6及IL-8水平显著高于非感染组，差异均有统计学意义。结论孕妇血清中IL-6及IL-8的联合检测可作为监测PR0M合并绒毛膜羊膜炎的重要指标。关键词：胎膜早破；白细胞介素一6
