2、inedArtenuatedLiveVaccine,Freeze—dried;MMV—Fd)的免疫效果进行监测和评价。方法用随机整群抽样方法,抽取永兴、永顺县5070名3~49岁儿童,其中2474名儿童接种MMV·Fd(观察组),2596名接种冻干水痘减毒活疫苗(对照组),观察90名儿童免疫前、后血清抗体水平及两年的流行病学效果,采用统计产品与服务解决方案(StafsticalProductandServiceSolutionsSPSS)13.0进行统计学分析。结果MMV-Fd对流行性腮腺炎的保护率为92.28%;免疫前抗体阴性组(<
3、l:2)阳转率为85.71%,阳性组(≥1:2)抗体≥4倍增长率为76.81%,差异有统计学意义(=79.014,P<0.01):免疫后抗体几何平均滴度阳性组(≥l:2)明显高于阴性组(<1:2),差异有统汁学意义(f=6.117,P<0.01)。结论MMV.Fd对流行性腮腺炎有较好的免疫效果。关键词:国产冻干麻疹-流行性腮腺炎联合减毒活疫苗;免疫效果中图分类号:R186;R512.1文献标识码:A文章编号:1006—916X(2012)01—0048.03ImmunologicalEffectofDomesticMeaslesand
