1、新医学2014年8月第45卷第8期515临床研究论著住院2型糖尿病患者糖尿病周围神经病变相关因素分析黄晓敏李枢刘伟芳【}商要】目的探讨住院2型糖尿病患者糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的相关因素。方法收集219例2型糖尿病住院患者的I临床资料，根据是否合并DPN，分为DPN组(153例)及非DPN组(66例)，比较两组患者的临床资料，采用Logistic回归分析探讨住院2型糖尿病患者DPN的相关因素。结果与非DPN组相比，DPN组年龄高、糖尿病病程长(P<0．01)，糖化血红蛋白(HbA)、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、尿微

2、量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)水平及合并糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)比例高(P<0．05或0．01)。Logistic回归分析显示DPN与年龄、HbAUAER及合并DR有关(OR值分别为1．071、1．315、1．039、2．255)。结论年龄、HbA1c、UAER及合并DR是住院2型糖尿病患者DPN的重要相关因素，高龄、HbA高、UAER高及合并DR的住院2型糖尿病患者可能更易发生DPN。【关键词】糖尿病，2型；糖尿病周围神经病变；相关因素Analysisofrelevantfactorsofdiabeticperiph
