1、国际医药卫生导报2014年第20卷第7期IMHGN，April2014，Vo1．20No．7二次经尿道等离子体电切术降低中高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌术后复发的临床研究高伟刘建平王永忠梁胜军殷振超周红艳阮建民【摘要】目的探讨二次经尿道等离子体电切术(PKRBT)降低中高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌术后肿瘤复发率的临床研究。方法选取2010年1月至2012年4月已经行第一次PKRBT的中高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者62例，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组于第一次PKRBT术后4～6周行二次PKRBT，两组均在PKRBT术后开始辅助性膀胱灌注化疗；每三个月返院

2、复查膀胱镜一次，两组均随访20个月，评估两组肿瘤复发率。结果随访20个月，实验组复发率19．4％，对照组复发率41．9％，实验组复发率较对照组显著降低，差异有统计学意义<0．05)。结论中高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者行二次经尿道等离子体电切术及术后辅助『生膀胱灌注化疗，能有效降低肿瘤复发率，并可获得更准确的病理分期。【关键词】经尿道等离子体双极电切术；膀胱灌注化疗；中高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌Clinicalstudyonrepeattransurethralplasmakineficresectionofthebladdertumorinpr
