2、niversRy,Qingdao,Shandong,266011，China)ABSTRACTObjective：Toinvestigatethepreventiveefectofin~avenousinjectionofDexmedetomidineonrestlessnessinpatientsundergoingradicalgastrectomyundergeneralanesthesia．Methods：60patientswithgastriccancerwererandomlydividedintotwogroups(Dexmedetomidine，i．e．groupDa

3、ndgroupcontrol，i．e．groupC)．ASAI-IIgrade．Patientsinbothgroupsreceivedbyintravenousinjectionundergeneralanesthesia．Halfanhourbeforetheendofoperation，patientsinDEXgroupweregiven0．6g／kg(finishedin10min)throughaminipump．PatientsinthecontrolgroupwereoferednormalslineasthesamewayforDEXgroup．Theextentof

4、restlessnessatthetimeofpatientarrivedoperatingroom(To)，beforetuberemoval(T1)，immediatelyaftertuberemoval(T2)，fiveminutesaftertuberemoval(T3)，fifteenminutesaftertuberemoval(T4)，theheartrate(HR)，meanarterialpressure(MAP)，extubationtimewererecorded．Results：Thegender，age，timeofsurgerywasnosignifican
