1、果树学报2013,30(5):865-870JournalofFruitScience剑麻叶汁对采后杜果炭疽病的防治效果及其抗逆指标研究常金梅一,詹儒林l,,柳凤,赵艳龙1,2(中国热带农业科学院南亚热带作物研究所,广东湛江524091;海南省热带园艺产品采后生理与保鲜重点实验室广东湛江524091)摘要:【目的】明确剑麻叶汁对采后柁果炭疽病的防治效果,以及与各抗逆指标的相关性。【方法】以中国热带农业科学院南亚热带作物研究所科研基地的剑麻和‘小象牙’卡亡果为试材,首先对不同品种剑麻叶汁的抑菌效果进行比较,然后选取番麻叶汁对柁果果实进行处理
2、,同时测定各处理在贮藏期的各项抗逆指标。【结果】5个不同品种的剑麻植物中。番麻叶汁对卡亡果炭疽病菌的抑制效果最好,且对卡亡果贮藏期间炭疽病的发生有较好的防治作用,在贮藏第13天时,防效仍可达到60.62%。另外在贮藏过程中,番麻叶汁延缓了卡亡果内可溶性蛋白含量提高和MDA含量的增加,延缓了POD活性升高和PAL活性下降,而炭疽病菌则加速了该过程。【结论】番麻叶汁通过抑制卡亡果炭疽病菌的生长,延缓果实衰老的过程,有效控制采后卡亡果炭疽病的发生。关键词:卡亡果炭疽病:剑麻叶汁:病害控制中图分类号:$667.7文献标志码:A文章编号:1009—
