2、)、胱抑素C(CysC)等水平变化及与尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的相关性。方法:2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者178例,根据24hUAER分为单纯T2DM组(DM组,一82)、早期DN组(EDN,一56);临床DN组(CDN,,2—4O例);同期体检健康者作为对照组(n=42)。采用全自动生化分析仪测定各组血清FFA(酶法)、Hcy(循环酶法)、CysC(免疫增强比浊法)、尿素氮(Urea,酶法)、肌酐(Cr,酶法)含量,采用全自动特种蛋白分析仪测定UAER,比较各组各指标水平差异,分析EDN、C
