1、广医科大学学报JOUR2014Apr;31(2)NAIOFGUANGXIMEDIcCALUNIVERSITY前列腺素E1治疗急性肾小管损伤大鼠的实验研究文云娥周志强黄莉△(广西医科大学第一附属医院肾内科南宁530021)摘要目的:探讨前列腺素E1(PGE1)对急性肾小管损伤大鼠的疗效。方法:将3O只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:实验组、对照组和空白组,每组1O只大鼠。实验组、对照组大鼠通过腹腔注射庆大霉素建立急性肾小管损伤模型后,每天给予PGE1或相同体积生理盐水腹腔注射,共14d。空白组大鼠每天给予PGE1相同体积的生理盐水腹腔注射。所有大鼠分别于建模后的1,4,7,14d记录体重、24
2、h尿量,测定血肌酐(SCr)、尿N乙酰一B—D-氨基葡萄糖甘酶(NAG酶),14d时处死大鼠,取肾组织标本行HE染色观察肾组织形态学改变。结果:建模后1d,与空白组比较,实验组、对照组大鼠24h尿量、SCr、尿NAG酶明显增高,差异有统计学意义(Pd0.05),但两组间无差异(P>0.05);实验组、对照组大鼠体重、24h尿量在建模后相同时间点比较无明显差异(P>o.05);实验组、对照组大鼠SCr、尿NAG酶建模后7d达高峰后逐渐下降,与对照组相同时间点比较,实验组大鼠建模后7,14dSCr、尿NAG酶均明显降低(Pd0.05);建模后14d肾脏病理评级实验组大鼠肾小管损伤较对照组明显减
