1、营养学报2014年第36卷第3期263刺参酸性黏多糖对H22荷肝癌小鼠肿瘤细胞增殖相关基因表达的影响陈丹丹,宋扬,代海华(青岛大学医学院公共卫生学院营养学教研室,青岛266021)I摘要l目的观察刺参酸性黏多糖(Sdchopusaponicusacidicmucopolysaccharide,SJAMP)抑制H22荷肝癌小鼠肿瘤细胞增殖的作用,并探讨其可能机制。方法以H22荷肝癌小鼠为对象,随机分为对照组、5一Fu(5-Fluorouracil,氟尿嘧啶20mg/kg)、SJAMP低、中、高剂量(6.25、12.5、25mg/kg)5组。分别采用腹腔注射
