1、310放射学实践2014年3月第29卷第3期RadiolPractice,Mar2014,Vol29,No.3·腹部影像学·MSCT及重组技术诊断消化道刺状异物的价值胡杉,朱文珍,胡道予,王梓,王秋霞,倪程,汤浩【摘要】目的:探讨MSCT及重组技术对消化道刺状异物的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术或消化道内镜证实的的3o例消化道刺状异物患者的临床和影像学资料。食管异物患者仅行食管MSCT平扫,胃肠异物患者均行腹部动、静脉双期增强扫描。扫描图像行0.625mm薄层重组及多平面重组。结果:30例消化道刺状异物患者中,26例为食管异物,1例为胃
