1、第50卷第6期林业科学Vol.50,No.62014年6月SCIENTIASILVAESINICAEJun.,2014doi:10.11707/j.1001-7488.20140612南方鲜食枣2种类型枣吊光合产物积累能力的比较王森晏巢(中南林业科技大学林学院长沙410004)摘要:以南方鲜食枣品种中秋酥脆枣的2种类型枣吊为试材,对木质化枣吊和非木质化枣吊叶片的生长期、叶面积、光合效率进行研究。结果表明:1)木质化枣吊生长期明显比非木质化枣吊生长期长;2)木质化枣吊叶片叶面积显著大于非木质化枣吊叶面积;3)
2、木质化枣吊叶片净光合速率大于非木质化枣吊叶片,而且在强光下仍可保持较高的光合效率;4)木质化枣吊叶片栅栏组织细胞密集度大于非木质化枣吊叶片,且木质化枣吊茎的输导组织较非木质化枣吊发达;5)木质化枣吊叶片叶绿素a和叶绿素b的比值明显大于非木质化枣吊的叶绿素a和叶绿素b的比值。综合分析认为,木质化枣吊与非木质化枣吊相比,在生长期、叶面积、光合效率3个方面具有优势,这些特点最终决定其拥有较高的光合产物积累能力。关键词:枣;枣吊;组织解剖结构;光合效率中图分类号:S718.43文献标识码:A文章编号:1001-74
