2、年4月一2013年12月共42例颅内动脉开窗畸形患者的影像学特点、畸形好发部位、类型及其合并其它颅内血管性病变。结果42例颅内动脉开窗畸形患者中,单发33例,多发9例,共计51处。42例中合并其它颅内血管性病变者38例(38/42),达90.5%,双侧动脉对比一侧优势者22例,伴AVMI例,永存三叉动脉2例,大脑前动脉A1段缺失9例,血管狭窄4例。结论3.OT磁共振MRA能清楚显示颅内动脉开窗畸形的位置、形态及合并颅内其它血管病变,是诊断颅内动脉开窗畸形首选、有效、无创的影像检查方法。关键词:颅内动脉;开

6、he42casesofintracranialarterieswindowdeformitypatients,33caseswereofsingleoccurrence.9caseswereofmultipleoccurrence.Atotalof51siteswerefound.38of42(90.5%)patientshadderivativevascularlesions,22casesofcontrastsideoftheadvantagesofbilateralartery,1casewithA
7、VM1,2casesoftrigeminalartery,9casesofA1segmentofanteriorcerebralarterydeletion,and4casesofvascularstenosis.Concluson3.0TMRAcanclearlyshowtheintracranialarterieswindowde~rmityposition,morphologyandotherintracranialvascularlesions.Itcanserveasadesirabletech
