2、，其中27例(24．5％)在细胞核中也有表达。非肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌中MIF表达水平高于肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌(P=0．001)。肿瘤细胞核内MIF表达与肿瘤病理分级(P：0．034)、临床病理分期(P=0．028)和肿瘤大小(P=0．002)均呈负相关。细胞核内MIF表达水平与患者无瘤生存明显相关(P=0．042)，MIF阳性组患者有较长的无瘤生存时间。结论非肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌中MIF表达水平高于肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌，细胞核内MIF表达可能预示膀胱尿路上皮癌患者预后良好。【主题词】膀胱肿瘤；巨
