1、第57卷第4期汽轮机技术Vo1.57No.42015年8月TURBINETECHNOLOGYAug.2015汽轮机新型汽封适用范围与改造效果的综合分析王学栋,张学民,马保会(1华电电力科学研究院山东分院,济南250014;2华电潍坊发电有限公司,潍坊261204)摘要:根据各种新型汽封的结构特点和工作特性,给出了其在汽轮机通流部分和轴端的适用位置,以及各部位可以选用的汽封型式。针对具体的汽轮机汽封改造方案,改进前、后选用相同部位测点和试验条件,进行机组性能试验,以机组热耗率、缸效率、监视段参数、轴封漏汽量等某个参数或几种参数的结合综合分析汽封改造的节能效果。超临界660MW
2、汽轮机大修和汽封改造效果明显,高压缸效率提高2.7%~3.1%,中压缸效率提高1.6%~1.7%,热耗率约下降210kJ/(kW·h);汽封改造前、后,高中压缸问平衡盘漏汽量分别是主蒸汽流量的1.283%、0.8945%,漏汽率降低0.389%;实际中压缸效率由89.544%提高到91.27%,缸效率提高1.726%。汽封改造后,高压缸后轴封一段至中压缸排汽的漏汽量、经过轴加的凝水温升、轴封压力、汽轮机各监视段参数明显降低,汽轮机汽封改造的节能效果良好。关键词:汽轮机;汽封改造;新型汽封;节能改造;综合分析分类号:TK262文献标识码:A文章编号:1001-5884(201
