1、临床骨科杂志Journa2ofClinicalOrthopaedics2014Apr；17(2)doi：10．3969／j．issn．1008-0287．2014．02．037·临床论著·原位回植加压包扎治疗37例指尖离断伤黄益楚，章伟祥，陈孝军，都巍摘要：目的探讨指尖离断伤治疗方法和疗效。方法手术治疗指尖平面完全离断伴有指骨、甲床损伤而无法再植的37例患者(39指)，创面面积：0．3amx1．2am一0．5emx1．8cm。常规清创后，将离体指与近端断面解剖复位，用5-0丝线间断缝合，加压包扎固定；术后12d拆除加压包堆，3周拆线。结果成活34指，成活率87．2％。33例获得随访，时间3

7、lantation指尖是指甲根部以远的部分，它不仅要完成抓、创面面积：0．3cm×1．2am～0．5cmX1．8am。受捏、握动作，而且含有丰富的感觉神经末梢。指尖完伤距手术时间为1～4h。全离断是手部较常见创伤之一。2009年7月～1．2手术方法指根神经阻滞麻醉。指根部扎橡2012年11月，我们应用原位缝合打包加压包扎治皮条止血带。常规予双氧水以及温无菌生理盐水疗37例指尖离断伤患者，疗效显著，报道如下。(30～40~
