2、疫组织化学SP法检测RASSFIA蛋白的表达；HRM法检测RASSFIA启动子区甲基化率。结果：各实验组均能抑制人鼻咽癌CNE2裸鼠移植瘤生长，并能明显上调抑癌基因RASSF1A的表达，各实验组RASSFIA的甲基化率明显低于NaCI组，且Asz0s与DDP联合优于AszO。、DDP单一用药。结论：As。O。抑制人鼻咽癌CNE2裸鼠移植瘤的生长，促进RASSFIA的表达。AszOs可抑制鼻咽癌细胞恶性表型和逆转RASSFIA的甲基化状态。[关键词]亚砷酸；鼻咽肿瘤；RASSF1A；甲基化doi：10．13201／j．i
