2、的疗效。结果术后两周对照组切口愈合1级占64．0O、2级占29．O。、3级占7．OO，试验组分别占85．44、13．59、0．97，试验组1级愈合高于对照组，2级愈合低于对照组(P<0．05)，3级愈合组间比较差异无统计学意义；对照组和试验组切口感染率为36．D0和14．56，差异有统计学意义(P
