1、临床研究Linchuangyanjiu《中国医学创新》第11卷第3期(总第285期)2014年1月两种小肠插管法行小肠气钡双重造影的对比研究米向四国①仰浈霞①陆忠红①【摘要】目的：探讨胃肠镜辅助下鼻空肠直管插管法和非胃镜辅助下螺旋形鼻空肠管置管法在小肠疾病诊断中的应用。方法：选取2012年1月一2013年6月本院疑诊小肠疾病的患者100例，按随机数字表法分为治疗组(A组)和对照组(B组)，每组5O例。A组采用非胃镜辅助螺旋型鼻空肠管行插管法小肠气钡双重造影，B组胃镜引导下，行鼻空肠直管行空肠置管

2、，比较两者的置管成功率、小肠病变检出性率，并行统计学分析及处理。结果：A组检出率84％，B组检出率64％，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；两组置管成功率及并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>O．05o结论：非胃镜辅助螺旋型鼻空肠管行插管法小肠气钡双重造影操作简便、安全、患者痛苦小而易于接受，对小肠病变有较高检出率，有临床推广应用价值。【关键词】胃肠镜辅助下鼻空肠直管插管法；螺旋型鼻空肠管置管法；小肠疾病ComparativeStudyonTwoKindsofIntestinalIntuba
