2、察组治疗之后的FEV为(1594-055)L、FEV％为(5635±0．65)％，FEV／FVC为(61§5±045)％，均显著高于治疗之前的(146±042)L、(43．79±062)％、(5264±045)％，以及对照组治疗之后的(I46±067)L、(46284-062)％、(5674±05I)％；观察组治疗之后的6-MWD为(226084-18．5)m，显著大于治疗之前的(180．554-168)m，以及对照组治疗之后的(18525±199)m；呼吸困难的评分为(2．054-0．62)分，均显著低于治疗之前的(304±024)分，以及对照组治疗之后的(2．974-058)分，

3、差异均有统计学意义(均P<005)。治疗12周之后，观察组有2例口咽部不适，1例头痛，1例心悸；对照组1例口咽部不适，1例心悸。2组差异无统计学意义。结论信必可都保药物与孟鲁司特药物联用，加以治疗稳定期的中重度COPD疾病，疗效较为显著，值得临床推荐。[关键词]信必可都保；孟鲁司特；稳定期；中重度；COPD【Abstract】ObjectiveTostudytheclinicaleffectofbudesonideandformoterolfumaratepowderforinhalationcombinedmontelukastfortreatmentofstablephaseof
