2、组接受助产士门诊产前咨询。采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和自编问卷对初产妇焦虑抑郁情绪和妊娠结局资料进行收●rlT■集，并分析两组初产妇焦虑抑郁情绪和妊娠结局。结果：护理干预组SAS标准分为(41．21±，2■．92)分，SDS标●I准分为(42．23±2．76)分，均显著低于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。与常规护p理组相比，护理ar干预组母婴结局显著优于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论：助产士咨询门诊建立能够明显a改善初产妇焦虑抑郁情绪和妊娠结局，值得进一步推广。[关键词]助产士；
