1、1522014年4月第29卷第2期JoumalofOccupationalHealthandDamage.Apr.2014Vo1.29.No.2【论著】异丙酚复合芬太尼或瑞芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉对比研究余鸭全,张灿华,邓玫[摘要]目的对比分析使用异丙酚复合或瑞芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉患者诱导期各项生命体征以及术后苏醒期质量的差异性。方法选取2012—01/2013—12期间于曲靖市第一人民医院进行手术治疗的400例患者作为研究对象,根据患者自愿将其分为A、B、C三组,其中A组130例,采用异丙酚复合芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉;B组135例,采用异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉;C组
2、135例采用静吸复合麻醉。对比三组患者麻醉诱导期各项生命体征以及术后苏醒期质量。结果三种麻醉诱导期患者各项生命体征对比无显著差异(P>0.05),患者术后苏醒期质量对比,A组质量最高,A、B两组对比P>0.05;A、B两组对比C组P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论异丙酚复合芬太尼或瑞芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉临床效果显著,值得推广使用。[关键词]异丙酚复合芬太尼;瑞芬太尼;静脉麻醉;静吸复合麻醉[中图分类号】R971.2[文献标识码]A[文章编号】1006—172X(2014)02—152—03CombinedWithFentanyl/RemifentanilAnesthesiaandIntr
