1、疑难病杂志2014年9月第13卷第9期ChinJDifficandComplCas,September2014,Vo1.13No.9·897·【摘要】目的探讨缺血性脑卒中血清Adropin水平变化及其与病情严重程度的相关性。方法缺血性卒中患者120例为卒中组,采用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估患者病情的严重程度,根据NIHSS评分分为3个亚组:轻度亚组(NIHSS<4分)44例、中度亚组(NIHSS4~15分)40例和重度亚组(NIHSS>15分)36例。另选健康体检者3O例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA
2、)检测血清Adropin水平,全自动生化分析仪检测血清LDL—C、HDL.C、TG及TC水平;采用Pearson检验方法进行血清Adropin水平与NIHSS评分相关性分析。结果缺血性脑卒中患者血清Adropin,HDL.C水平较对照组明显下降(t=5.976,8.845,P<0.01),血清TC、TG及LDL—C均较对照组明显升高(t=10.195,15.331,10.296,P<0.01)。随着NIHSS评分的升高血清Adropin水平逐渐降低(F=518.547,P<0.O1)。相关分析显示血清Adropin水平与NIHS
