1、疑难病杂志2014年9月第13卷第9期ChinJDifficandComplCas，September2014，Vo1．13No．9·897·【摘要】目的探讨缺血性脑卒中血清Adropin水平变化及其与病情严重程度的相关性。方法缺血性卒中患者120例为卒中组，采用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估患者病情的严重程度，根据NIHSS评分分为3个亚组：轻度亚组(NIHSS<4分)44例、中度亚组(NIHSS4～15分)40例和重度亚组(NIHSS>15分)36例。另选健康体检者3O例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA

2、)检测血清Adropin水平，全自动生化分析仪检测血清LDL—C、HDL．C、TG及TC水平；采用Pearson检验方法进行血清Adropin水平与NIHSS评分相关性分析。结果缺血性脑卒中患者血清Adropin,HDL．C水平较对照组明显下降(t=5．976，8．845，P<0．01)，血清TC、TG及LDL—C均较对照组明显升高(t=10．195，15．331，10．296，P<0．01)。随着NIHSS评分的升高血清Adropin水平逐渐降低(F=518．547，P<0．O1)。相关分析显示血清Adropin水平与NIHS
