1、听力学及言语疾病杂志2015年第23卷第1期37礞床辩竞高胆红素血症新生儿血清胆红素水平与听力损失程度的相关性分析姜苏敏刘世琳张莉刘卫一焦雪梅【摘要】目的探讨高胆红素血症新生儿听力损失程度与血清胆红素水平的相关性。方法对7O例足月出生、体重正常、确诊为高胆红素血症的新生儿进行血清胆红素水平及听性脑干反应(ABR)检测，并对其血清胆红素水平、黄疸出现时间与ABR反应阈进行相关性分析。结果70例患儿中ABR反应阈正常17例，异常53例，其中重度听力损失27例；当血清胆红素<342“mol／L时，黄疸出现时间≤48小时组出现重度听力损失的比例高于黄疸出现时

2、间>48小时组(P48小时组轻中度、重度听力损失者比例无明显差异。ABR反应阈异常的53例患儿中，血清胆红素水平与ABR反应阈呈正相关(r一0．041)，而黄疸出现的时间与ABR反应阈呈负相关(r一一0．291)。结论高胆红素血症新生儿黄疸出现的时间越早听力损伤的可能性越大，血清胆红素值越高听力损失程度越重。【关键词】足月新生儿；黄疸；血清胆红素；听力损失DOI：10．3969／j．issn．1006—7299．2015．01．010网络出版时间：2014—10—2811
