1、国际妇产科学杂志2014年6月第41卷第3期JIntObstetGynecol,June2014,Vo1.41,No.3·321··论著·TNF—Ot、E2、E6及E7在不同宫颈病变组织中的表达及其相关性分析‘李世蓉,刘冬青,胡凤英【摘要】目的:检测肿瘤坏死因子a(TNF一)及高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR—HPV)E2、E6、E7基因在不同宫颈病变组织中的表达并分析其相关性。方法:根据不同病理结果把标本分为HPV阴性正常组,HPV16阳性正常组,HPV16阳性宫颈内瘤变(CIN)IⅡ组,HPV16阳性CINm组以及HPV
2、16阳性宫颈腺癌,鳞状细胞癌(CIS/SCC)组。通过反转录聚合酶链反应(RT—PCR)方法对各组标本进行TNF—Ot、E2、E6及E7蛋白的检测,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:HPVE6、E7基因在不同宫颈病变中的表达逐渐升高,且E7的逐级升高趋势更显著,E2升高至CINII后出现下降,而TNF—Ot在不同宫颈病变中的表达虽呈升高趋势,但在宫颈浸润癌中与CINm组中表达差异无统计学意义。结论:用E2/E7的比值来预测或诊断高度宫颈病变程度可能更准确。炎症因子TNF—Ot的升高可能加重了刎E2基因的破坏,使得HR
