1、中国当代医药2014年9月第21卷第26期·临床研究·髂腰固定术治疗垂直不稳DenisII或Ⅲ型骶骨骨折的临床体会洪卫宁黄玉平皮美清朱少波江西省新干县人民医院骨科．江西新干331300【摘要】目的探讨髂腰固定术治疗垂直不稳DenisII或Ⅲ型骶骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的76例垂直不稳DenisⅡ或Ⅲ型骶骨骨折患者，将其按照人院时间顺序分成对照组与治疗组。对照组患者接受常规手术治疗，治疗组接受髂腰固定术治疗。结果治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，手术时间、骨折完全愈合时间、骶骨生理功能恢复正常时间明显短于对照组，围术期的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P
