1、胸部影像学CHESTlMAGING227能谱CT对肺组织含血量测定的研究及初步应用何沂峰王新文。李天平王晴柔张琰琰迟婧蒋梅花陈克敏【摘要】目的:探讨宝石cT能谱成像(gemstonespectralimaging,GSI)物质分离技术(materialdecomposition,MD)对肺血液循环定量分析的价值。方法:运用GSI对37例患者进行CT扫描,所得图像通过能谱分析软件(GSIviewer)对肺组织含血量进行定量分析。采用t检验方法进行统计学分析。结果:平扫血基图上双肺前部血基值低于后部,差异有统计学意义(尸<0.05),碘基图上前、后部碘基值差异无统计学意义(p=0.785
2、)I增强前后血基值无统计学差异(p=0.627);右肺下叶血基值分别高于同侧上叶和中叶,差异有统计学意义(尸<0.05),左肺下叶比同侧上叶血基值高,差异有统计学意义(尸<0.05),外周与肺门区血基值差异无统计学意义(P=0.701)。结论:GSI物质分离技术可对肺组织含血量进行定量分析,并可初步运用该技术,探究人体肺组织血液分布特点。【关键词】宝石CT能谱成像,物质分离;定量;肺血含量中图分类号:R445.3文献标志码:A文章编号:10065741(2014)-03—0227—04StudyofGemstoneSpectralImaginginQuantitativeAnalys
