1、·临床研究·中国当代医药2014年9月第21卷第27期经皮解剖锁定钢板微刨治疗胫骨下段骨折的临床效果曾金如徐建英李金华江西省新干县人民医院，江西新干331300【摘要】目的探讨经皮解剖锁定钢板微创治疗胫骨下段骨折的临床效果。方法选择本院2012年1月～2014年1月收治的100例胫骨下段骨折患者为观察对象，将其随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组患者接受切开复位内固定治疗，实验组患者接受经皮解剖锁定钢板微创治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者的手术时间为(47．1+2．3)min，手术出血量为(34．8±2．3)ml，骨折愈合时间为(10．1+0．8)周；对照组患
