2、疗效。方法将2011年1月～2012年12月期间我院门诊收治的肌紧张性头痛患者130例纳入研究，随机分为给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合盐酸替扎尼定治疗的观察组(65例)和单独给予盐酸替扎尼定治疗的对照组(65例)，观察治疗前后的头痛程度、负面情绪及生活质量。结果治疗后两组患者头痛程度及负面情绪评分明显低于治疗前，生活质量明显高于治疗前；观察组患者的疼痛数字量表(NRS)评分为(1．3±0．2)分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分为(13．8±1．6)分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分为(14．3±2．2)分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分为(47．
