1、·临床论著·骶神经刺激治疗功能性肛门直肠痛临床研究迟玉花丁光武赵刚邸爱婷张瑶【摘要】目的了解功能性肛门直肠痛患者的疼痛特征、心理生理状况、生活质量的水平及特点，并对骶神经刺激治疗进行临床效果评估方法选择150例患者作为研究对象，依据2：1原则随机分为治疗组100例，采用骶神经刺激治疗，l周2次；对照组50例，口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片，早上中午各1片口服。疗程为3个月。采用中文版简氏MeGill疼痛问卷(SF．MPQ)、简氏健康相关生活质量问卷(SF．36)、贝克抑郁自评问卷(BDI)、贝克焦虑自评问卷(BAD、直肠感觉功能分别测量受试者治疗前后的疼痛特征、生活质量、抑郁、焦
