2、min，15％B)：洗脱流速1mL／min：柱温30℃。蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度103℃，以压缩空气为雾化气，气体流速1．6L／min。结果乙酰哈巴苷在0．017～17．32g、哈巴苷在0．0031．62范围内呈良好线性关系，精密度和准确性良好。福建6个批号样品的乙酰哈巴苷和哈巴苷含量较高。结论乙酰哈巴苷和哈巴苷可作为监测筋骨草药材质量的指标性成分。关键词：筋骨草；乙酰哈巴苷；哈巴苷；高效液相色谱法：蒸发光散射检测器：含量测定D0l：10．3969／j．issn．1005—5304．2014．07．026中图分类号：R284．1文献标识码：A文章编号：1005—53
