7、部晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：32例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者，应用紫杉醇120mg／m，d、顺铂25mg／m，d，分别于放疗第1天、第28天给药。放疗结束后第4、7周继续给予紫杉醇135mg／m。，d，、顺铂25mg／m，d方案辅助化疗。放疗采用Varian直线加速器6MVx射线照射鼻咽及颈部，鼻咽剂量DT70—76Gy，2Gy／次，共35—38次，颈部剂量DT60—70Gy，2Gy／次，共30—35次。结果：所有患者均完成放疗，其中22例患者放疗后完成2次化疗，10例患者放疗后完成1次化疗。近期疗效(治疗结束
