2、检查确诊。选择成年健康体检者4O例为对照组。应用放射免疫法测定血清中自细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子的含量，应用酶联免疫法测定自细胞介素lJB的含量。结果试验组血清白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子ot、白细胞介素1JB含量显著高于对照组【(131．78~32．06)pg／mlVS(108．85~41．48)pg／ml；(1．64~0．49)mol／mlVS(1．14~0．40)mol／ml；(0．4O士0．17)pg／mlVS(O．19~0．06)pg／ml】，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论颈椎病中疼痛患者炎症反应指标血清白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞
