1、·中医中药·中国医药导报2014年1月第11卷第3期香砂六君子汤对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者血清胃动素和胃泌素水平的影响及疗效观察傅克模莫耘松王永亮1．杭州市余杭区中医院脾胃病科，浙江杭州3l1106；2．浙江省台州市黄岩红十字医院内科，浙江台州318020【摘要】目的探讨香砂六君子汤对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者血清胃动素和胃泌素水平的影响及疗效观察。方法选择糖尿病胃轻瘫患者8O例，随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均予以控制饮食、适量运动和注射胰岛素或口服降糖药控制血糖治疗。观察组加用香砂六君子汤治疗，疗程均为4周。观察两组治疗前后血清胃动素和胃泌素水平变化，进行临床疗效观

2、察。结果治疗4周后，两组血清胃动素和胃泌素水平均有明显下降(P<0．05或P<0．01)，且观察组下降值较对照组更明显(P<0．05)；同时观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(x=4．50，P<0．05)。结论香砂六君子汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的效果确切．作用机制与其抑制胃动素和胃泌素的分泌，加快胃肠道运动密切相关。『关键词】糖尿病胃轻瘫；香砂六君子汤；胃动素；胃泌素[中图分类号]R587．1[文献标识码】A[文章编号】1673—7210(2014)01(C)一0108—03InfluenceandcurativeeffectobservationofXia
