2、4、8周后，两组胃固体排空时间均明显缩短(P<0．05或P<0．01)，且干预组缩短时间更明显(P<0．05)；治疗8周后，干预组临床总有效率明显高于常规组(x=4．50，P<0．05)；随访半年及1年干预组患者复发率均明显低于常规组(x=4．72和4．94，P<0．05)。结论饮食护理干预用于糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者具有较好疗效，可缩短胃固体排空时间，并可降低其复发率。【关键词】糖尿病性胃轻瘫；饮食护理；胃排空时间；疗效【中图分类号】R473．5[文献标识码】B【文章编号】1673-9701(2014)1
