1、J.SltANXIAGRIC.UNIV.(NaturafScienceEdition)岛—目匿l圜嘲学报(自然科学版)2014.34(3OO3132硒对氧化应激小白鼠肝脏酶活的影响李丽娟(山西农业大学信息学院,山西太谷030801)摘要:为研究硒对氧化应激小白鼠肝脏酶活的影响,选取45日龄36只健康昆明品系雄性小白鼠,按体重相近的原则随机分为3组:l组为对照组(硒的水平0。3mg·kg_。W,腹腔注射10mg·kgW的生理盐水);2组为低硒应激组(硒的水平0.3mg·kgW,腹腔注射D一半乳糖150mg·kgW);3组高硒应激组
2、(硒的水平0.6mg·kg~‘W,腹腔注射D一半乳糖150mg·kg-1w)。试验结束后,屠宰所有试验小白鼠,摘除眼球采血,分离出肝脏,测定MDA、T—A0C、GSH—PX、LDH、ALT、ASTD的活性。结果表明:与对照组相比,低硒应激组GSHPX活性、T—A0C水平极显著降低,MDA浓度极显著升高;高硒应激组GSH—PX、T—AOC含量差异不显著。低硒应激组与高硒组之间AIT和ALP活性差异显著。与对照组相比,低硒组ALT活性显著,AIP活性极显著增高,高硒应激组IDH、ALT和AIP活性差异不显著,低硒应激组和高硒应激组之
