1、窒息新生儿血清磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶与肌钙蛋白I的变化及其临床意义[摘要]目的探讨窒息新生儿血清磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)与肌钙蛋白I(cTnl)的变化及其临床意义。方法选取本院2011年1月〜2013年11月的117例窒息新生儿作为观察组,其中轻度窒息组70例,重度窒息组47例。选取同期出生的128例无窒息新生儿作为对照组,比较3组的CK-MB及cTnl水平。结果轻度窒息组和重度窒息组的CK-MB、cTnl水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o重度窒息组的CK-MB.cTnl水平显著高于轻度窒息组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0・0
