1、CHINESEJOURNALOFINTEGRATIVEMEDICINEONCARDIO——／CEREBROVASCULARDISEASEDecember2013Vo1．11No．12冠通方对急性心肌梗死大鼠心肌组织中TNF一＼IL—II3mRNA表达的影响何劲松，曲楠。刘婧，白法文，杨小英，岳桂华摘要：目的探讨冠通方对大鼠心肌梗死后炎症细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子(TNF—)、白介素I~(IL—IDmRNA表达的影响。方法成功造模的急性心肌梗死SD大鼠3O只随机分为冠通方组、安慰剂组、模型组，每组1O只。另设假手术组，空白组，每组1O只。冠通方

2、组冠通方灌胃，安慰剂组生理盐水灌胃，其余不做特殊处理。8周后处死大鼠，取心肌组织，用rt—qPCR法测定TNF—、IL—II3mRNA表达结果。结果与空白组对比较，冠通方组、模型组及安慰剂组TNF—、II一II3mRNA表达量明显升高，假手术组与空白组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。冠通方组与安慰剂组相比表达量降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；安慰剂组同模型组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论TNF一“、IL一1口参与了急性心肌梗死后炎症反应，中药冠通方对这两种炎症因子有一定抑制作用。关键词：心肌梗死；冠通方；肿瘤坏
