1、·临床研究·中国当代医药2014年5月第21卷第13期经尿道输尿管镜碎石术和后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的临床分析石磊江西省武宁县人民医院泌尿外科，江西武宁332300【摘要】目的比较经尿道输尿管镜碎石术和后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的临床疗效和应用效果。方法选取本院2010年1月2012年12月收治的输尿管上段结石患者80例，将所有患者随机分为输尿管镜组和后腹腔镜组，输尿管组患者行经尿道输尿管镜碎石术，后腹腔镜组患者行后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术，并对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果输尿管镜组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间以及住院时间方面与后腹腔镜组比较，差异有统计学意义(P
