2、质量的变化。结果护理干预后观察组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组(观察组依从率为96．7％，对照组为75．O％)。观察组的生活质量(包括：躯体症状、疾病认知、睡眠状态、心理健康、社会功能)明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论对接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者实施连续的护理干预，可以明显提高患者的治疗依从性和生活质量，值得临床推广应用。【主题词】获得性免疫缺陷综合征；抗病毒治疗；顺应性；生活方式；护理管理研究Influenceofnursinginterventiononcomplian
