1、针刺疗法配合中药熏洗治疗中风后偏瘫患肢肿胀的疗效观察彭先和（永顺县中医医院针灸推拿科，湖南永顺416700）摘要：目的：探讨中风偏瘫后患肢水肿的最佳治疗方法。方法：将我科收治的90例屮分后偏瘫患肢肿胀的患者随机分为观察纽和对照组,观察纽.采用针灸配合中药熏洗，对照纽采用西药口服利尿药，治疗-1•天后比较临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为88.9%,对照组总有效率为62.2%,观察纽疗效优于对照纽，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两纽•治疗前后水肿症状积分比较，观察纽.患者患肢压之凹陷、皮狀湿冷、对肢体功能的影响、总分值改善情况明显优于对照组，差异
