1、万方数据史堡凰星题堂盘查2Q堕生!旦蔓!Q鲞箜!塑g堕i!』丛!坚堂!!!:』!!Y!Q堕,!堕!Q,盟!:!·389·艾拉莫德对骨关节炎滑膜成纤维样细胞特性的影响舒强李兴福侯怀水李栋刘花香【摘要】目的观察骨关节炎(oA)滑膜成纤维样细胞(FLS)体外培养时生长、增殖特性,以及艾拉莫德(T一614)对其增殖能力的影响。探讨艾拉莫德的抗炎机制。方法噻唑蓝(MTr)法和流式细胞仪观察OA和滑膜正常者(Ns)膝关节滑膜组织体外培养时FLS增殖能力和细胞周期的变化;用反转录一聚合酶链反应测定FLS的c—fos和COX一2表达情况,检测不同浓度T一614作用下
