2、组、利培酮组和氯氮平组，单一用药，在4周、8周和12周通过用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定三种药物的疗效，用韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS—RC)、临床记忆量表(CMS)评定患者的认知功能。比较三种抗精神病药物用药前后对认知功能的影响，并用统计学的方法给予定量分析比较。结果：l2周PANSS总分表治疗前后比较呈显差异P<0．05；三组问比较无差异P>O．05；WAIS—RC总分治疗前后比较有统计学差异P
